Raven Mad got the opportunity to sell merchandise at the show. Here our t-shirt hangs on the wall next to an illustrious roster of shirts: the Official Metalfest shirt, a Testament tank top, and shirts from Sepsism and Prototype. If you missed your opportunity to pick up a shirt at the show, you can still order a shirt from the MadStore.

Pam, the woman who handled the concession stand, confessed that in all her vending experience, she had never had to sell condoms, and was quite entertained when we added Raven Mad VI ("Sex") Packs of condoms to the merchandise table.

A two-day pass could be bought for $55 plus service charges through Ticketmaster, but many smart metalheads bought their tickets from the bands on the bill. Buying tickets from local bands not only saved these wise concert-goers money, but help to provide opportunities such as Metalfest to the bands. Metalfest was an invaluable to Raven Mad, and we'd especially like to thank those who, in buying their discount tickets from us, enabled us to have this experience.

Curious what those laminates that were around everyone's neck looked like? These laminated badges allowed the bands on the bill backstage. There was supposed to be a VIP area which had food, but no one could find it! Instead, the band munched on the Round Table Pizza sold at the concession stands.
