| Joe was four years dead when he was resurrected to play with Raven Mad. His corpse was discovered in a Fujitsu warehouse by Brian "Crash" Coulombe (currently of Metallica tribute Creeping Death).
Joe is the most "worldly" member of the band, having seen every cool show you can imagine in Germany and other parts of Europe during his military days. Very little is known about Joe's secret past except that he was possibly a spy for the Russians during the cold war and the true gunman behind the shooting of Ronald Reagan. Joe plays a very massive double-bass Pearl drumset with Zildjian cymbals and big wooden drumsticks. He is extremely lethal with his choice of instrument, having nearly killed the members of his band with flying or falling equipment on numerous occassions. Oh... he's also lethal as a drummer, providing the thunder behind Raven Mad's assaultive tunes. He is influenced by Neil Peart (the best of the best!), Cozy Powell, Nigel Glocker, Dave Holland, Scott Travis, all the great 80's metal bands, and anyone who has ever played drums with Spinal Tap. Joe has recently departed from Raven Mad and is currently pounding the skins for local hard rock band Paradox. |
